Remote support

To assist you as effectively as possible, we may sometimes need to view your screen using a remote support tool. It is Rektron support staff who determine whether remote access should be used. To share your screen you need to download the TeamViewer application. The application is only installed temporarily on your computer, and once you close it we can no longer see your screen.

  1. 1 When asked by our support technician, click the button to download TeamViewer, which enables a connection to our remote support service.
  2. 2 Choose to run or open the downloaded file. You will find it where your browser saves downloads, typically in the "Downloads" folder.
