Our support team is here to resolve your issues and help you develop your operations. Your satisfaction as a customer and the availability of our systems are our top priorities.

To register a support case, call us on 08 29 56 50, send an email to support@rektron.se or fill in the form.

Support is open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:00. We are closed on public holidays, and the day before a public holiday we close at 12:00.

By submitting, you agree that we process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Remote support

When asked by our support technician, you can download TeamViewer to enable a connection to our remote support service.

How and when can I reach Rektron Support?

Our support is open on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00 unless otherwise specified in your agreement. You can reach us via our contact page, by phone +46 8 29 56 50, or at support@rektron.se.

What help can I get from Rektron Support?

We help you if you encounter technical issues with our solutions or have questions about them. For other enquiries, please contact sales@rektron.se.

How quickly do you respond?

We respond as quickly as we can on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00; we typically get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I mark a case as urgent?

Write "URGENT" or similar in the subject line and we will prioritise the case.

Can I book an appointment with a support technician?

Absolutely. Contact our support and we will find a suitable time together. The hourly rate is SEK 1,500/h.

Can I get on-site help?

We can of course come to your premises and assist you. We prefer to handle simpler support cases via TeamViewer, but contact us and we will find a suitable solution.
