ERP systems

Custom development

Statistical process control
Process control
With measurement data directly from production and the right statistical tools, you gain 100% control over your processes. Clear control charts and understandable KPIs empower operators to make the important decisions themselves.
Monitoring
Alarms on deviations and trends minimise the risk of a machine beginning to produce scrap. Systematic deviations are eliminated through continuous improvement, making production more stable and reliable.
Knowledge
By tagging measurement data, causal factors can be quickly identified even in complex processes. Machine capability and performance are no longer governed by gut feeling and preconceptions.
Optimisation
With knowledge of process stability, production rate and material consumption can be adjusted to create the important extra economic margin in your production orders. Direct feedback on outcomes minimises risks so that quality is not compromised.
Quality assurance
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
The system offers a standalone application for FMEA analyses designed to the AIAG international standard. The application streamlines the time-consuming work of creating and following up analyses. All parts of an FMEA project are presented in a clear overview, making it easy to generate control plans and lists of prioritised actions.
Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
The system offers Measurement System Analysis (MSA) in accordance with AIAG, including GR&R (Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility) and attribute studies.
Capability studies (Cpk)
Calculating machine and process capability and performance is a fundamental statistical function of the system. Capability indices (Cp/Cpk, Cm/Cmk) and performance indices (Pp/Ppk) are always available and can be displayed for the full measurement set or a filtered subset. The quality control report serves as evidence of quality in dialogue with customers.
Calibration
The system includes a complete gauge management system (GMS) for the administration and calibration of measuring instruments. This standalone web application makes managing your gauges and tools simple and efficient. Each gauge can be linked to instructions and certificates, tolerances and calibration data can be stored, and wear trends can be monitored.
Documentation and traceability
The most fundamental application of measurement data collection is the documentation of measurement data. With measurement data held in the Rektron system, all history is accessible in a few clicks. Tagging measurement data with product and order information, serial numbers, operator signatures, machine identifiers and more creates the conditions for both traceability and detailed follow-up. The system includes an Audit Trail module compliant with FDA CFR 21 Part 11.
