What we do
Rektron's proprietary quality measurement products have been on the market since the 1980s and are used daily by Sweden's most reputable industrial companies. The product portfolio offers many tools for working methodically and efficiently in accordance with Six Sigma and Lean Production. The main applications are visualising processes, quality levels and trends, mapping process and machine capability, controlling processes based on reliable data, and inspecting and documenting quality in production.
With the help of Rektron's products and services, companies gain better conditions for economic growth and competitiveness through more reliable deliveries, increased efficiency, reduced waste, and fewer product non-conformances. Quality deficiency costs not infrequently amount to 30% of a product's total turnover.
Industrial customers are found primarily among manufacturing companies in engineering, automotive, packaging, and medical sectors, from smaller workshops to leading industrial groups. For the service sector there is a solution aimed primarily at cleaning companies. Rektron's strongest market is Scandinavia, but several systems are deployed globally.
Between Rektron and a number of international industrial companies and groups there are agreements for long-term collaborations. Rektron's products are well suited for large-scale expansion, both within and outside Sweden, and are available in several language options for frontline operations.
