What data we collect

Why we process your data

We retain data for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and any subsequent customer relationship. After that, it is deleted or anonymised. Data that we are legally required to retain, such as accounting records, is kept for the period required by law.

Who we share data with

Your data is handled in our CRM system (HubSpot), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is stored within the EU. We never sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Transfer to third countries

We aim to ensure that your data is processed within the EU/EEA. Should a transfer to a country outside the EU/EEA become necessary, it will only take place with appropriate safeguards in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Cookies, analytics, and embedded content

Our website does not use cookies. We set no tracking, marketing, or analytics cookies, and you do not need to give consent to visit the site.

To understand how the website is used, we collect anonymous, cookie-free visitor statistics (page views and timestamps) via Azure Application Insights. We do not store IP addresses, and the statistics cannot be linked to you as an individual.

Some pages may contain embedded videos from YouTube. These are only loaded when you choose to play them, at which point YouTube may set its own cookies in accordance with Google's terms.
