The goal of the course is for you to be able to set up a control chart, calculate control limits, evaluate results and propose actions.
This one-day course provides a thorough review of how to control machines and processes in manufacturing industry. We look at the underlying techniques, set up a control chart, calculate control limits, analyse results and show interesting examples from real studies. The course also includes practical measurement exercises using callipers and sample parts.
Target audience
The course is suitable for production staff, managers and technicians who have a direct influence on the control of machines and processes. This course is a follow-up to the Capability training.
