Training: Rektron Super User
We offer our contract customers an advanced training course, SQC Super User. This one-day course gives participants the skills to handle minor upgrades and installations independently and to make optimal use of the software. With SQC Super User expertise in-house, you become less dependent on external consultancy and get the most out of your SQC software.
Course content
System overview and installation
What the Rektron SQC system contains: applications, databases and modules.
System development and future
Connecting new computers and performing basic server maintenance. How data is stored, database maintenance, upgrades and backup.
Connecting measuring equipment
Hand gauges, scales, height gauges and profile projectors. Accessories such as foot pedals and wireless transfer.
Advanced measuring equipment
Fixture measurement with position indication. Automatic data import from CMMs and other measuring machines. Logging of sensors and production machines.
Measurement preparation
Preparation of part and dimension specifications, data fields, production orders, batches, part revisions, tolerance settings, control limits and statistical calculations.
Efficient working methods
Simple and reliable ways to perform everyday tasks and tools for different measurement methods.
Follow-up
Annotations for traceability, measurement data filtering, visualisation and reports, and deviation logging.
System settings
Overview of common add-on modules such as GR&R/MSA, measurement instructions and measurement value annotation.
