Training: FMEA - Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
FMEA is a methodical and effective way to anticipate and evaluate risks - rather than waiting for problems and their consequences to materialise - so that countermeasures can be taken before unwanted events occur. The methodology is used, for example, in connection with new acquisitions and in safety and risk analyses. The training is delivered in one day.
