    CMM Autonomous

    • When a new order is created, the previous order is now copied by default, removing the need to create orders manually in SQC before measuring on the measuring machine
    • New and modified customer adaptations for import from, among others, OGP SmartScope, Ascona, LK Camio, Cascade, Microstudio, Zeiss, Hommel, Werth, AQDEF (DFQ), DMIS OUT (DMO)
    • Automatically creates a directory for log files where possible

    SQC add-on

    • New add-on to start a measurement by scanning a barcode, with automatic extraction of the serial number
    • Further development of the add-on that automatically starts a measurement when a file with part number and metadata is available

    Collection plans

    • Makes the name and description more visible when selecting a collection plan

    Database

    • Annotations for start/end of production and type designation for collection plans (used in Eyesight QC)
    • New SQL script for cleaning SQC databases, more flexible and efficient

    Integration

    • New integration for importing preparation and measurement specifications from the Siemens NX CAD system

    Performance

    • Extensive performance improvements when handling orders with many dimensions and/or measurement values

    Starting a measurement

    • Quickly open orders with the most recent measurement (QuickStartMenu)
    • Automatic switching to an order based on part/order number in a text file (OpenOrderFromFile)

    Measurement

    • Warning if a measurement is not complete (CheckCompleteMeasurement)
    • Entry of measurement values in a table similar to Microsoft Excel (GridInput)
    • Automatic tagging with preset information (PresetAnnotations)
    • Integration with Nolek leak-test equipment

    Measuring machine (CMM, vision, scanners, loggers)

    • Data source selection based on the content of the result file
    • Skip a file during import based on its content
    • Updated translation scripts for many makes and formats (Alicona, Ascona, Faro, Mitutoyo, OGP Smartscope, PC-DMIS, Zeiss and more)

    Access control

    • Automatic tagging with the logged-in user (OperatorAnnotation)
    • Measurement ends when switching to a user without authorisation (UserSwitch)

    Access management

    • Start SQC as another Windows user and switch user during runtime (Rektron SQC Logon)
    • Access Control and Audit Trail as configurable variants of the standard application

    Measurement

    • Integration with Mitutoyo U-WAVE for bidirectional communication
    • New formulas: ACTUAL, NOMINAL, TARGET, USL, LSL, COUNT, INDEX, POS, CYCLETIME

    Gage R&R/MSA

    • Support for analysis with 1 operator, 1 part and 25 measurements
    • Fixed a deviation in the statistics calculation for negative measurement values
