Process control and SPCTell normal variation from real signals and act while you can still make a difference.
Quality controlIncoming, first-off, in-process and final inspection in one flow, with instructions and reports that follow along.
Measurement data collectionMeasured values from CMMs, vision systems, gauges and machines, automatically and without double entry.
Production follow-upMachine status, stops and stop reasons while the shift is running, in the same platform as the quality data.
Traceability and documentationEvery measured value linked to part, order, serial number and operator, with events and reports that hold up in an audit.
Calibration and gaugesA register of gauges, tools and fixtures, with calibration intervals, history and reminders.
Risk analysis and FMEADesign and process FMEA with control plans and actions that are followed up, instead of spreadsheets nobody opens.
From on-premise systems to the cloudOne step at a time, starting from what works today, not a large-scale system replacement.
